I read while I cardio, therefore I am.
My fitness routine is the same all year long. I start with 40 minutes of hill intervals on the eliptical on level 3. Then 4-5 one-minute planks. Depending on how much time I have, I'll do 4 reps of 20 ab excercises with 10 lbs: left obliques, right obliques and upper abs. Twice a week I do 120 leg lifts for lower abs. Staggered throughout my workout week are lunges, squats, and weight workouts for all body parts.
Now where's my gallon of Dreyer's Mocha Almond Fudge ice cream????
